Center for Advocacy, Prevention & Education

The Center for Advocacy, Prevention & Education (CAPE) cultivates a survivor-centered, trauma informed, culture of consent. We aim to create lasting social change and eliminate gender-based violence through shared goals of comprehensive sexual health education, action-oriented prevention and compassionate survivor support.

For safe, confidential advocacy services, call 541-737-2030 or schedule an appointment online. Our in-office hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If calling after hours, select option 1 from the phone menu to leave a confidential voicemail, or option 2 to reach the 24/7 confidential advocacy hotline with our community partner CARDV.
