24/7 Mental Health Support for Students: With the Anytime Anywhere TELUS Health Student Support app, students have access to free and confidential mental health and wellness counseling at any time of day, from anywhere in the world, 365 days a year.

Student Wellness is committed to connecting students with help and support on and off campus. Our hope is to raise awareness for initiatives that directly support and benefit our Bend Beavers. 

The Basic Needs Center is here to support you. We provide textbook access, laptop and calculator lending and food assistance. Contact the center for peer support to help you identify and apply to resources. 

If you are looking to anonymously connect with other community members who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings, Togetherall is available 24/7. This online community offers resources such as self-assessments, goal trackers, and online courses to help promote well-being. If you find yourself needing more support, Togetherall provides help from clinically trained professionals at any time.

Students who are working toward recovery from addiction can find care in this peer support community that offers resources and support. 

Student Wellness supports the emotional, social and psychological well-being of students to help them reach their academic and personal goals and make the most of their educational experience. 

Student Health Services offers a broad range of clinical and prevention services, including primary care services, wellness coaching and educational outreach. Visit our website for updates to our services and health information related to COVID-19. 

Short-term individual and group counseling by licensed professionals is free for current students. Common concerns addressed in counseling include depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, academic problems, self-esteem, eating issues and stress management. For students who are considering whether they should seek counseling, free and anonymous online screening is available.

The OSU-Cascades Student Success Center offers a range of free services to help students succeed, including academic advising, career services, international programs, wellness resources and tutoring.

An advisor at OSU-Cascades assists students with disabilities and helps coordinate services with the Disability Access Services office at the Corvallis campus. OSU-Cascades students who need disability accommodations must register with the DAS office at the Corvallis campus.
