Because of Oregon State University’s land-grant designation and commitment to provide access to higher education for all of our state’s residents, OSU’s Student Access and Enrichment Programs offer outreach and comprehensive support services to assist first-generation, low-income or otherwise underrepresented students in higher education.

Student Access and Enrichment Programs are building a legacy of learners and leaders through a commitment to educational equity by providing services that support the transition, persistence and graduation outcomes of students. The programs and services within Student Access and Enrichment Programs provide academic support and create a caring and engaged community, while following evidence-based, culturally sensitive best practices.

Student services include summer bridge programs, peer mentoring, tutoring, academic counseling, technology services, and career and financial aid guidance. For information about the services available through Student Access and Enrichment Programs, contact the programs listed above.
